TERMS OF SERVICE

1. SCOPE AND PROVIDER

These terms of service apply to all orders placed through our online store Ravolintix (ravolintix.com) and to your use of our website.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Adlerline Trade UG (haftungsbeschränkt). "You" refers to you as our customer. Any differing terms of a customer will not apply unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

Our offers are aimed at consumers and business customers with a delivery address in Germany.


2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The presentation of products in our online store is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the order button at the end of the checkout process, you place a binding order for the products in your shopping cart. Before submitting your order, you can review all details and correct any input errors at any time.

After receiving your order, we will send you an automatic email confirming receipt. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of your order. The contract is concluded when we send you a separate email confirming shipment, or when we deliver the goods to you.

The contract language is English. We store the contract text and send you the order details with these terms by email. You can also view these terms on our website at any time.


3. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

All prices shown in our store are in euros and include the statutory German value added tax.

We currently deliver within Germany only. You can choose between free standard shipping and insured express shipping for 2.95 EUR. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.


4. PAYMENT

The payment methods available to you are shown during checkout. Payment is processed through external payment service providers. The price is due immediately when the contract is concluded, unless a different payment term applies to the payment method you selected.


5. DELIVERY

Delivery times are stated on our website and in our Shipping Policy. If a product you ordered is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you without delay and refund any payment you have already made.


6. RETENTION OF TITLE

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.


7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Full details, including the conditions, the consequences of withdrawal and a model withdrawal form, can be found on our Returns and Refunds page.


8. WARRANTY

The statutory warranty rights apply to all products purchased from us. If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us at info@ravolintix.com so we can find a solution quickly.


9. LIABILITY

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and under the German Product Liability Act.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, meaning obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely. In such cases, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

These limitations also apply in favour of our managing director, employees and agents.


10. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

When using our website, you agree not to:

Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
Provide false or misleading information when placing an order.
Upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code.
Collect personal data of other users or scrape content from our website.
Interfere with or attempt to bypass the security features of our website.

We reserve the right to restrict or end access to our website for anyone who breaches these rules.


11. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions, images and prices on our website are correct. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen settings. If an obvious error occurs, for example an incorrect price, we reserve the right to correct it. You will be informed before your order is accepted and may then decide whether to proceed.


12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including texts, images, graphics, logos and videos, is the property of Adlerline Trade UG (haftungsbeschränkt) or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.


13. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

If you send us comments, suggestions or ideas, we may use them to improve our products and services without any obligation to you. Please make sure that anything you send us does not infringe the rights of others and does not contain unlawful or offensive content.


14. PERSONAL DATA

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a concern, please contact us directly at info@ravolintix.com and we will do our best to find a solution.


16. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.

If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contracts with us is Berlin.


17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.


18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order applies to that order.
