RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to love every piece you order from Ravolintix. If something is not quite right, you can return it easily. Here is how it works.

YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you ordered several items in one order and they are delivered separately, the period begins on the day you, or the named third party, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement (for example, an email or a letter sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from the contract:

You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer (for example, our insured express shipping) will not be refunded.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. You are welcome to try on clothing and accessories just as you would in a shop.

EXCEPTIONS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods that were made to your specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs.
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

1. Send us an email at info@ravolintix.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. We will reply with the return address and any further information you need.
3. Pack the items securely, ideally in their original packaging, and include your order number or delivery note.
4. Send the parcel back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.

Please return each order separately. Returns are usually checked within a few business days after they arrive at our warehouse, and we will let you know by email once your return has been processed.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

To make your return as smooth as possible, please send items back unworn, unwashed and with all labels and tags still attached. Trying items on is of course fine. Please do not wear items outside, wash them or remove the tags before you are sure you want to keep them.

EXCHANGES

Would you prefer a different size or colour? Just contact us at info@ravolintix.com with your order number and tell us which item you would like instead. If the requested item is in stock, we will gladly arrange an exchange.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ravolintix.com with your order number, a short description and a photo of the problem. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
